Returned Check Policy: A $40.00 returned check processing fee will be applied to any checks returned for non-sufficient funds, or any other reason. Delivery Policy: All deliveries by Canova’s Custom Stoneworks, Inc. are guaranteed to curb side only. The customer assumes responsibility beyond that point. This includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Damage to driveway, yard, sidewalk, plants, trees, underground infrastructure, structures, etc. 2. Any requests to place materials beyond the curb side, which result in a delivery vehicle becoming stuck, obligate the customer to pay for any and all recovery charges. 3. Compliance with any request to place material beyond the curb side is at the discretion of the vehicle driver. Product/Pricing: Prices and availability are subject to change with out notice. Due to the nature of the products, color and texture may vary. Prices are for customer pick-up. Delivery prices are available upon request. Return Policy: Returns accepted on material if returned in original form, at our discretion. Customer will be responsible for a pick-up charge on all items. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Loose material and aggregates are not eligible. Spillage Policy: Customers who haul material from the yard are responsible for removal and cleanup of all spillage.
